ICFO Associates

Are you a recent University Graduate, and currently pursuing CPA certifications? If you are comfortable around technology, motivated and curious to learn, you are self-driven, and wants to build a career in Accounting, ICFO is interested in you.

We will train you to manage our client’s day to day processes, using the latest transactional, reconciliation, and reporting technologies. You will be working remotely, so you will have time to study and engage in your other passions. You will interact with some of the most innovative social impact organizations from around the globe, and you will have an experienced Controller and CFO to guide and mentor you. And yes, you will earn a decent monthly fee.

ICFO Controllers

You are a University Graduate, and a CPA with 3-5 years post-qualification experience. You are experienced in managing a month close, financial reporting and management dashboards. You are comfortable working with different accounting systems, have managed an accounting department with more than 3 staff and you have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

At ICFO, you will be managing at least 3 Associates, working on a minimum of 5 client accounts remotely. You will train the Associates on the ICFO Code of Practice, guide them during the month’s transaction work and the monthly close and reporting, and ensure all client deadlines are met. You will work with the CFO to onboard new clients, define their system needs and implement them, and refine the reporting metrics.
