Our Associates are the heart of our operations. They are qualified accounting professionals and are technologically savvy. They are trained on the ICFO Code of Practice and are certified in the most commonly used cloud based accounting and back office support software such as Quickbooks, Xero, bill.com, expensify, Gusto and Paychex. They are always in touch with our clients to code, process transactions, perform reconciliations and generate reports.

Our Controllers are the reason our Associates thrive. They train, guide and mentor the Associates. They make sure your reports are accurate, timely and relevant. They go beyond the financial statements and provide you additional metrics, data and dashboards so that you can have a 360-degree view of your business at all times.

When you sign up to our services, you will always have a CFO on call, who will work with you to refine your business model and projections, develop the metrics that monitor your growth and provide strategic oversight over all your operations.

Our CFO, Wambui Munene has over 20 years’ working for international Corporate Entities and NGOs and Social Enterprises.  For the last 5 years, she has been an independent consultant working with the most innovative start-ups and early growth social enterprises, NGOs and private companies in Africa and the USA to provide continuous Finance and Accounting consulting services or specific-term consulting services. This has included CFO oversight services to clients– especially those in early growth stages and formation stages to ensure their strategic financial, operational and governance systems do not lag behind their growth.
